This notice applies to humanchic.com and the HUMANCHIC online store. References to “HUMANCHIC,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this store.

Read this notice together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these documents limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

1. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The HUMANCHIC branding, designs, text, images and other protected content belong to HUMANCHIC or their respective rights holders.

You may browse the website for personal shopping and information. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of protected material requires the relevant rights holder’s permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

2. Acceptable Use

You must use this website lawfully. You must not provide fraudulent information, access accounts without permission, interfere with website security, distribute malicious software or infringe the rights of others.

3. Product Information

We aim to describe products accurately. Colours may appear different depending on your screen and display settings.

Materials, measurements, fit, construction and care requirements vary by product. Review the specific product description and size chart before ordering. Contact us if information is missing or unclear.

Many products are produced or decorated after purchase. Made-to-order production does not automatically mean that an item is personalised or exempt from statutory cancellation rights.

We may correct errors or update product information. Changes affecting an existing order will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

4. Orders, Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the storefront. Review the products, delivery address, shipping charges, taxes and total shown at checkout before paying.

For cross-border shipments, additional import charges may apply depending on the destination and the shipping terms disclosed for your order. Read our Shipping Policy before purchase.

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Contact us promptly if you need to request a correction or cancellation. Production status may affect voluntary changes, but does not remove applicable statutory rights.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of availability, payment authorisation or another valid reason, we will notify you and arrange any refund due.

5. U.S. and International Shipping

HUMANCHIC ships to the United States and selected international destinations. Available services depend on the products and delivery address.

United States: complimentary standard shipping applies to eligible orders of US$125 or more, as confirmed at checkout. Estimated delivery for made-to-order products is normally 7–15 business days unless a verified product-specific estimate states otherwise.

Outside the United States: shipping charges and available services depend on the destination. Review any product-specific or checkout delivery estimate. The U.S. delivery estimate and complimentary-shipping threshold do not automatically apply to international orders.

If no delivery estimate is available for your destination, contact us before ordering. Products may arrive in separate packages from different fulfilment locations.

6. Returns, Cancellation and Product Problems

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, HUMANCHIC does not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or size, colour or style exchanges when the correct item was supplied.

This restriction does not override statutory cancellation, withdrawal, guarantee or refund rights, including those applicable to eligible EU and UK distance purchases.

For defective or incorrect products, production or printing issues, or damage in transit or fulfilment, contact us with your order number and supporting information.

We ask customers to report these issues within 10 days of carrier-recorded delivery to assist prompt investigation. This request does not shorten statutory claim periods.

7. Privacy and Cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and disclosed.

8. Third-Party Services

The store uses third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers and fulfilment partners. External websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Links to external websites do not mean that HUMANCHIC controls their content. Using third-party services does not remove HUMANCHIC’s obligations to customers under applicable law.

9. Applicable Law and Policy Updates

Mandatory consumer protections take precedence over any inconsistent wording in our policies. We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful.

We may update this notice as our operations or legal requirements change. Updates do not retrospectively remove rights relating to purchases already made.
