Shipping and Returns Terms

   HUMANCHIC accepts returns for eligible items within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

   To initiate a return, send an email to: humanchic@humanchic.com with the order details and reference. Our support team will aid. For better results, customers can use a trackable shipping method for return shipments.

    #### 2.3 Return Shipping:

   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error on our part. Use a trackable shipping method for return shipments.

    #### 2.4 Refund Processing:

   Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect the product(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days.

   We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, follow the return process for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
