Shipping Policy

HUMANCHIC ships to the United States, Canada and selected international destinations. Many products are made to order and fulfilled by independent production partners.

Shipping availability, charges and delivery estimates depend on the product, fulfillment location and delivery address.

1. Shipping Destinations

We serve the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, selected European countries, and other eligible international destinations.

Not every product is available for delivery to every country. Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout based on the products in your order and the delivery address.

2. Order Processing and Delivery

Many HUMANCHIC products are produced on demand.

For eligible U.S. orders, the estimated delivery window is normally 7–15 business days, unless a verified product-specific estimate states otherwise.

International delivery times vary by destination, production partner and shipping service.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Production schedules, carrier delays, customs processing and local holidays may affect delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges apply to all orders, regardless of order value. There is no free-shipping threshold.

Our standard shipping rates start at:

United States & Canada: US$9.50
United Kingdom & Europe: US$15.99
Africa & Rest of World: US$19.99

Rates apply per eligible shipping group and may vary depending on the product, fulfillment provider and delivery destination.

Orders containing products from different suppliers may be shipped in separate packages. In these cases, individual shipping charges may be combined.

All applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Multiple Shipments

Products ordered together may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment locations.

As a result, customers may receive multiple packages, tracking numbers and delivery dates for the same order.

5. Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information is provided when available after an order has been dispatched.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact HUMANCHIC with your order number.

6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other destination-specific charges.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and may be payable by the recipient.

7. Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Issues

Customers should verify their delivery information before placing an order.

If an address requires correction, contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production or dispatch has begun.

If a package is lost, damaged or delivered incorrectly, contact our support team so we can investigate.

Applicable consumer rights remain protected.

8. Returns and Refunds

Shipping-related claims, returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
