Where no statutory right applies, HUMANCHIC does not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or size, colour or style exchanges. Applicable cancellation rights and rights for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain protected. Being made to order does not automatically make a product personalised or exempt from statutory cancellation.
For a product problem, please contact us within 10 days of carrier-recorded delivery to help us investigate promptly. This request does not shorten statutory claim periods.
