Made to order, explained
Many HUMANCHIC products are made to order. What happens after you place an order depends on the item and its production route. An item may be decorated using an existing blank garment, or made through a different process. Made to order does not mean every garment is cut and sewn from scratch after purchase.

Delivery and separate shipments
Production and delivery take time, and items fulfilled through different routes may arrive separately. Read our U.S. Shipping & Returns information and any product-specific estimate.
Environmental claims need evidence
A production model alone does not establish a product’s environmental footprint. Materials, manufacturing, packaging, transport and use all matter. Do not assume that made-to-order means zero waste or proves lower water use or emissions. See our approach to sustainability.
