Care that suits your product
Always follow the care label and the instructions for your specific item. Fabric, print, embroidery, lining and hardware can require different methods. Being made to order does not determine how an item should be washed.
Before cleaning
- Check whether washing, dry cleaning or spot cleaning is permitted.
- Confirm the recommended temperature, cycle and drying method.
- Follow any separate instructions for prints, embroidery, trims and fasteners.
Clothing
Do not assume that every T-shirt, knit, jacket or skirt can be machine washed or tumble dried. Use the method stated on its label. If ironing or steaming is permitted, follow the temperature guidance and any restrictions for decoration.
Bags and headwear
Materials and internal construction vary. Check the item’s instructions before applying water, detergent or a cleaning product. Do not machine wash unless the product guidance permits it.
Storage
Store items clean and dry. Choose folding, hanging or shape support according to the product’s construction and care guidance.
If the instructions are unclear
Contact HUMANCHIC before cleaning. Include the product name, a photo of the care label and the issue you need help with.
