Workday Capsule Guide

A considered wardrobe for the working day

Build around the pieces you use most: a simple base, a layer that adds structure, and bottoms suited to your workplace. Choose colours you enjoy and can combine easily. Your workplace may set a dress code; within it, make room for your own style.

Three starting combinations

  • Meetings: a polo or shirt with a jacket and suitable pants or a skirt.
  • Everyday office: a T-shirt under an open jacket, where your dress code allows.
  • The commute: a comfortable base and an extra layer for changing temperatures.

Ink Black, Bone and Navy offer a restrained starting palette. Check the actual colours available for each item.

Choose fit first

Use the measurements and fit notes for each product. Allow room for the layers you intend to wear, and ask for guidance if a chart is unclear. A size label alone does not establish fit.

Choose your carry

Compare a bag’s stated dimensions and compartments with what you need to carry. Do not assume that every tote holds a laptop.

Care for your rotation

Follow each product’s care label. Washing, steaming and drying methods vary by material and construction.
