HUMANCHIC ships to the United States and selected international destinations. Availability depends on the products and delivery address. Read the full Shipping Policy before ordering.
United States
Complimentary standard U.S. shipping applies to eligible orders of US$125 or more, as confirmed at checkout. Estimated delivery for made-to-order products is normally 7–15 business days unless a verified product-specific estimate states otherwise.
Outside the United States
Check the services, charges and any delivery estimate available for your destination at checkout and on the product page. The U.S. free-shipping threshold and delivery estimate do not automatically apply internationally. If no estimate is available, contact us before ordering. Customs and import charges are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Items may arrive separately. Contact us if a parcel has not arrived within its stated delivery window.
Returns and cancellation
Where no statutory right applies, HUMANCHIC does not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or size, colour or style exchanges. Applicable cancellation rights and rights for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain protected. Being made to order does not automatically make a product personalised or exempt from statutory cancellation.
